From the very start, we serious choice our raw materials for produce mould steels. By our state-of-art facilities, we can customize our products which meet high standard requirement by our customers.
We have full set of EAF/IM furnaces; PESR, VAR remelting facilities; 5000MT forging press and rolling machines. Most of these machines are the best international brands. These machines ensure us to produce mould steels with very similar quality as mould steels from Germany.
Max. 6T ingot to be produced by this VIM facility. With our carefully selected raw material, it gives an important first step of high alloyed mould steel e.g. 1.2343ESR, 1.2344ESR, 17-4PH VAR.
With our pressured protected ESR facilities, water vapor cannot contaminate the ingot. This can guarantee the ESR ingot with minimized H, O content with less segregation.
VAR facility is extremely suitable for producing high polishability mould steels. e.g. 1.2343ESR for automotive lighting mould or 1.2083VAR for medical plastic parts.
The most common melting method for our mould steels. Max. ingot weight is 60MT which can guarantee P<0.02, S<0.005. 1.2738 / 1.2738mod.(~XPM) are made by this furnace.
The best forging press in the world! With min. 6x forging ratio and 2x upsetting. Our mould steel performs great homogeneity in all dimensions. Toughness and micro-structures reach the highest standard.
We can produce round bars with dia 30-120mm or flat (25-100)x(25-600)mm mould steels. Customer can request use forging press to make the ingot before rolling.
